Delete Account

1. General Information

You have the option to have your STREAZY account and all associated personal data deleted at any time.

On this page, you will learn how to request the deletion of your account, which data will be deleted, and which data we may need to retain for a limited period.

2. How to Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your account directly within the app.

In STREAZY, go to:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Follow the steps shown there to confirm the deletion of your account. Deletion within the app is immediate and irreversible. Once confirmed, your account cannot be restored.

3. If You Don't Have Access to the App

If you no longer have access to your account or the app, you can also contact us by email to request the deletion of your account.

To help us process your request correctly, please provide the email address linked to your account or other relevant account information if possible.

For security reasons, we may require proof that you are the owner of the account in question before processing your request. This may include a confirmation via the email address registered to the account.

4. Which Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we generally remove all personal data that does not need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

This includes, in particular:

• your profile and profile data,
• uploaded photos and other content,
• your chat data and interactions,
• your settings and preferences,
• location-based data, as far as it is assigned to your account.

5. Which Data May Be Retained

In certain cases, we may retain specific data for a limited period even after your account has been deleted if this is required by law or necessary for the enforcement, defense, or assertion of legal claims, as well as for the prevention of abuse and for security purposes.

This may include technical logs, evidence of consents granted, billing-related information, or security-related blocking notices.

6. Deletion Duration

Deletion requests are generally processed promptly.

The complete deletion of your account and the associated personal data generally takes place within 30 days of receiving the deletion request, provided there are no legal or security-related retention obligations.

7. Additional Notes

The deletion of your account is permanent. After the deletion process is complete, your account cannot be recovered.
