Community Guidelines

Last updated: March 1, 2026

1. Introduction – Why these rules exist

Welcome to STREAZY. To ensure that STREAZY remains a positive place for everyone, we have established these Community Guidelines. They explain which behaviors are encouraged at STREAZY – and what has no place here. Our goal is a community where people can meet new individuals without fear of harassment, fraud, or disrespectful treatment.

The guidelines apply to all content and interactions on STREAZY – especially for profiles, images, texts, messages, and contact requests.

STREAZY is a platform that brings people together. What results from these connections is decided by the users themselves. Contacts and meetings are voluntary and take place at your own responsibility. We recommend always being mindful during personal meetings and respecting your own boundaries.

If you violate these rules, we may take action – e.g., removing content, restricting features, or suspending accounts. If you experience anything that violates the guidelines, please use the reporting feature in the app.

These Community Guidelines supplement the Terms of Service and help keep STREAZY fair, safe, and respectful.

2. Our Values

STREAZY lives through the people who use the app. To ensure encounters remain respectful and pleasant, we follow clear values. They form the foundation for everything that happens in the community.

Respect

Every person has their own boundaries, needs, and expectations. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

Voluntary Participation

Contact, communication, and meetings are always voluntary. A "No" must be accepted.

Honesty & Authenticity

Be yourself. Honest profile details and authentic pictures help build trust.

Safety & Mindfulness

The safety of our users is our top priority. We encourage you to stay alert, take your gut feeling seriously, and use the blocking or reporting features in case of uncertainty.

Openness

STREAZY is open to people of different backgrounds, lifestyles, and identities. Discrimination, exclusion, or hate based on personal characteristics will not be tolerated. Humor or irony do not justify crossing boundaries.

3. What is not allowed on STREAZY

To ensure safety and respectful interaction within the STREAZY community, there are clear boundaries. The following behaviors and content are not allowed on STREAZY – regardless of whether they appear in profiles, chats, images, or other interactions.

Harassment, Pressure, and Boundary Crossing

This includes repeated unwanted messages, intrusive behavior, intimidation, threats, or ignoring clearly stated boundaries.

Insults and Discrimination

Content or statements that demean, insult, or exclude people based on origin, skin color, gender, sexual orientation, religion, worldview, disability, or other personal characteristics are not permitted.

Sexually Explicit or Pornographic Content

STREAZY is not a platform for pornographic content. Nude pictures, sexually explicit depictions, obscene messages, or the unsolicited sending of intimate content are prohibited.

Violence and Dangerous Behavior

Depictions or threats of violence, self-harm, or dangerous behavior, as well as solicitations for such acts, are not allowed.

Deception and Identity Misuse

Fake profiles, pretending to be someone else, false age information, using other people's photos, or impersonating another person are prohibited.

Commercial Use, Advertising, Spam, and Fraud

The use of STREAZY for commercial, promotional, or business purposes is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, advertising, sales offers, affiliate links, mass messaging, automated messages, begging for money, or any type of scam.

Illegal Content

Content that violates applicable law or encourages illegal behavior has no place on STREAZY. This includes, in particular, content regarding drug trafficking, weapons, extortion, sexual exploitation, or other illegal businesses. This also applies to the violation of third-party rights, especially copyright, trademark, or personal rights.

Violations of these rules can lead to the removal of content, restriction of features, or temporary or permanent suspension of the user account.

4. Profile & Content Rules

Profiles and content are the basis for how users perceive each other on STREAZY. To enable honest encounters and ensure the safety of the community, the following rules apply to profiles, images, and other content.

Your Own Content

Use only your own photos and information in your profile. Images or content of other people, celebrities, or from the internet may only be used if you have the necessary rights and all depicted persons have expressly consented.

No Misleading Representations

Profiles must not be designed to be deceptive or misleading. This specifically includes false age information, deliberately inaccurate information about yourself, or pretending to have a different identity. AI-generated content must be labeled as such.

Appropriate Representation

Profile pictures and content must be respectful and appropriate. Nudity, sexually explicit depictions, or clearly sexualized content are not allowed – even if intended as a "joke."

Privacy Protection

Do not publish sensitive or private information, such as phone numbers, addresses, copies of ID, or financial data – neither your own nor those of other people. Be sure to respect the privacy of others. The publication of private chats is not allowed.

Protection of Minors

Minors are not permitted to use Streazy. Accordingly, any content depicting minors is not allowed. This also includes photos taken when you were a minor, even if you are no longer one now.

5. Protection of Children and Minors

STREAZY maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors.

It is expressly prohibited to:

STREAZY takes measures to prevent and stop such content and behavior:

We comply with all applicable laws for the protection of children and report confirmed cases to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

If you have concerns regarding the safety of a minor, please contact us by email at:

6. Safety regarding Contacts & Meetings

STREAZY brings people together – however, encounters outside the app always take place at your own responsibility. Your safety is the highest priority, and you decide for yourself at any time how far a contact goes. Prefer public places, do not disclose sensitive data about yourself, and be especially careful if someone pressures you. No user on Streazy has a right to a meeting; you can cancel at any time if you feel uncomfortable – even without giving a reason. However, also accept that others may not want to meet and respect that. You can find more details about your own safety in our Safety Guidelines.

STREAZY is not a dating agency and not an organizer of meetings. We cannot take responsibility for the behavior of individual users outside the app – but we support you through clear rules, reporting features, and safety mechanisms.

7. Reporting & Blocking

You should feel safe on STREAZY. If a behavior, profile, or content seems uncomfortable to you or violates these Community Guidelines, reporting and blocking features are available to you.

After blocking, the contact is deleted and you can no longer find, see, or contact each other in the app. The blocked person will not be informed of this.

Via the reporting feature, you can report profiles, messages, or content that violate the Community Guidelines or the Terms of Service. If you report a person, they will be automatically blocked for you.

Reports are treated confidentially. The reported person receives no information about who submitted the report.

The reporting feature serves to protect the community. Abusive use, such as for revenge or to harm other users, is not permitted and can lead to measures against yourself.

If you are unsure whether a behavior should be reported, you can also contact Support. We are happy to help you.

By reporting and blocking, you actively contribute to making STREAZY a respectful and safe place for everyone.

8. Consequences of Violations

To ensure safety, fairness, and respectful treatment on STREAZY, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures in the event of violations of these Community Guidelines or the Terms of Service.

Possible Measures

Depending on the type, severity, and frequency of a violation, the following measures, among others, may be taken:

Measures are not taken schematically, but by taking the respective individual case into account. Factors considered include the reported facts, available evidence, and the user's previous behavior. To review reports, reported content, chat history, profile data, and technical usage data may be used and stored for the duration of the review.

9. Relationship to the Terms of Service

These Community Guidelines supplement the General Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service) of STREAZY. They specify how the rules established in the Terms of Service should be implemented in daily interaction within the app.

The Terms of Service form the legal basis for using STREAZY. The Community Guidelines help to clearly present expectations for behavior, communication, and content and to promote respectful interaction.

Violations of these Community Guidelines can be considered a violation of the Terms of Service and lead to corresponding measures as described in the Terms of Service (e.g., restrictions, suspensions, or termination of the user agreement).

In the event of contradictions between the Community Guidelines and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

10. Changes to the Community Guidelines

We reserve the right to adapt or update these Community Guidelines when necessary. Reasons for this may include, in particular, changes in legal requirements, new features within the app, or the further development of the community.

The current version of the Community Guidelines can be viewed in the app at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication in the app.

In the event of significant changes in content affecting interactions within the community, we will inform users in an appropriate manner, for example, by a notice in the app.

By continuing to use STREAZY after the updated Community Guidelines take effect, you agree to the changes.

11. Final Word

STREAZY should be a place where encounters at eye level are possible – open, respectful, and voluntary. The Community Guidelines are not a rigid set of rules, but a common basis for fair and safe interaction.

Every individual contributes to how STREAZY feels. With respectful behavior, attention to one another, and the willingness to accept boundaries, a community is created where people enjoy meeting each other.

Thank you for being part of STREAZY and helping to make the platform a positive and trustworthy place.
